# Business Analyst

**About the role**

At Facilization, we partner with banks and financial institutions to drive digital transformation and improve business outcomes through smart technology solutions. 

As a **Business Analyst** , you will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into practical, high-quality solutions that create real value.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and design effective technology-based solutions.
- Prepare detailed **Requirement and Functional Specification** (FS) documents.
- Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet business and system requirements.
- Design, execute and document **test scenarios and test cases** (manual and automated).
- Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare user manuals, process documentation and deliver client training sessions.
- Maintain clear records of configuration changes and updates to the knowledge base.

**Qualifications & Skills**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years Experience in **configuring, supporting, or maintaining enterprise applications** (e.g., CRM, ERP, or similar systems) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

**Nice to Have**

- Experience in **banking** or **financial services.**
