Role: Senior Business Analyst

This role connects business needs with technical solutions, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and customer-focused, while also mentoring junior analysts to promote team growth and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Creates clear and complete documentation for requirements, solutions, use cases, and proposals.
• Acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex ideas into easy-to-understand terms.
• Develops solution concepts and change proposals based on identified needs and resolves functional gaps by analyzing processes and data.
• Delivers system designs, business rules, and other key elements to the project team and ensures customer approval.
• Works closely with experts and developers to create solutions for functional gaps by analyzing processes and system designs.
• Implements process changes by mapping workflows, refining requirements, and aligning with business goals.
• Guides testing plans and designs test cases during system testing using domain expertise.
• Continuously learns and improves knowledge of Facilization software and consults on new projects when needed.
• Estimates the time needed for analysis, design, and testing during the pre-sales phase.
• Mentors junior analysts to improve their skills in business analysis and technical design.
• Contributes to Facilization by taking on new tasks, helping colleagues, learning new skills, and striving for better results.
• Stays updated on company policies, services, and Facilization software solutions.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Business Analysis, or Consulting for Financial Applications.
