Purpose:

The IT Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, IT systems, SaaS services and IT processes. This role ensures that all IT functions are effective, efficient, secure, and in alignment with the company's overall business strategy.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

IT Operations Management:

• Manage IT Asset Management process/procedures including tracking and management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Managing changes to IT systems and maintaining configuration records.
• Administer IT Service Desk and implement best practices and frameworks like ITIL for efficient IT service delivery.
• Supervise issue resolution for the company staff and support daily operations and projects and handle escalated issue and their resolution.
• Oversee the management of desktop laptops, computers, and user devices, including software installations, updates and upgrades.
• Develop internal technical documentation, manuals, and conduct IT-related trainings and workshops.
• Plan and manage IT budget, including hardware, software, and SaaS services and ensuring that IT resources meet current and future demands.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors and coordinate orders for assets and services.
• Network Administration activities on IT Infrastructure, such as installation, configuration, and maintenance of Routers/Switches, Wireless, etc.
• System Administration activities, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMWare and Hyper-V Hypervisors, Linux Servers, Windows Servers, Active Directory, NAS storage.
• Oversee the management including configuration, and administration of SaaS services such as Google Workspace, Office 365.
• Administer Cloud Infrastructure solution that support Companie's operations.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure development and operation.
• Protect the organization's IT assets and data from threats and vulnerabilities in collaboration with Information Security.
• Administer the companies’ user directories and manage user access rights and permissions in collaboration with Information Security.
• Identify optimization areas for IT Systems, identify and analyses IT risks, and propose and provide solutions that aim IT Risk reduction.
• Implement and administer the IT Security Systems, including Firewalls, Intrusion Protection Systems, Antivirus, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, SIEM, etc., and ensure correct functioning of these systems following formalized operational activities in a systematic manner in collaboration with Information Security.
• Developing plans and instructions to recover IT systems and data in the event of a disaster.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 Years of relevant experience in Network and System Administration.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
