At Facilization, we partner with banks and financial institutions to drive digital transformation and improve business outcomes through smart technology solutions. 

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into practical, high-quality solutions that create real value.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and design effective technology-based solutions.
• Prepare detailed Requirement and Functional Specification (FS) documents.
• Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet business and system requirements.
• Design, execute and document test scenarios and test cases (manual and automated).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Prepare user manuals, process documentation and deliver client training sessions.
• Maintain clear records of configuration changes and updates to the knowledge base.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in configuring, supporting, or maintaining enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, or similar systems) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Experience in banking or financial services.
