About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead client projects end-to-end. In this role, you will guide teams, oversee progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and play a key role in delivering successful outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Ensure that project is delivered within scope, by carefully managing scope changes

• Ensure project is delivered on time and within budget, by carefully managing project schedule and costs

• Work towards meeting defined Customer Satisfaction criteria to ensure a high customer satisfaction score at the end of the project, therefore positively contributing to Facilization’s Customer NPS.

• Ensure project deliverables meet the set qualitative criteria

• In collaboration with Team Leaders, maximize efficiency on resource utilization to positively contribute on Productivity/Profit per Employee (PPE) ratio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent experience

• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus

• Proven experience in project management

• Experience with project management tools

• Background in financial or banking sector is an advantage
