At Facilization, we build software solutions for the financial sector, where security and trust are essential. We’re looking for an IT Security Specialist to strengthen our security posture, protect our systems, data and help us stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and maintain security solutions, including Active Directory, Entra ID, firewalls, anti-malware and endpoint protection.

• Perform vulnerability scans and assessments, manage security patches and conduct penetration testing to identify and address potential weaknesses across systems and applications.

• Monitor SIEM tools, investigate security alerts, and respond to incidents.

• Support security audits, compliance initiatives and security documentation.

• Collaborate with IT and Delivery Teams to integrate security best practices into systems and applications.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date security documentation.

• Staying current on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends and tools.

• Contribute to secure AI usage, data protection and corporate AI governance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• 2+ years of IT Security experience or 4+ years in a related technical role.

• Knowledge of Identity Management, firewalls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and SIEM tools.

• Familiarity with penetration testing tools and techniques.

• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards is a plus.

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or OSCP are an advantage, but not mandatory.
