About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create intuitive, user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences. You will be involved in the full design process, from research and concepting to prototyping and delivery, ensuring high-quality results that meet user and business needs.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
  • Use Figma and other tools to create prototypes and design assets
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and design system standards
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts
  • Lead workshops and present design solutions to stakeholders.
  • Lead junior designers and support their growth.
  • Stay updated on digital banking trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or User Research.
  • Proven experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services, with a deep understanding of user behavior in financial products.
  • Ability to conduct and apply market and user research insights to guide design decisions and enhance product-market fit.
  • Skilled in Figma (and other design/prototyping tools).
  • Good understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
