As a DBA & System’s Administrator, your work won’t just maintain systems, it will secure transactions, enable high-performance banking, and power digital platforms used by thousands every day.

This isn’t about routine maintenance. It’s about creating a reliable, scalable and secure infrastructure that drives the future of banking.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Systems & Databases: Install, configure and maintain databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and application servers across on-prem and cloud (OCI, Azure).
  • High Availability & Continuity: Ensure performance, scalability, and business continuity through backup, archiving and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Application Deployment: Deploy and manage applications and custom integrations, using CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation tools.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Configure observability platforms (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), troubleshoot issues and fine-tune databases, storage, and system-level configurations.
  • Security & Compliance: Work with IT & Security teams on patching, vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Client Support & Documentation: Provide expert technical support, resolve incidents, and maintain clear deployment and change documentation.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in IT Systems, Databases or Infrastructure roles.
  • Strong Linux and database skills (Oracle or PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with application servers.
  • Cloud (OCI, Azure) and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
