About the role
We are looking for a Financial Systems Consultant to implement our F-Analytics Product Line for banks and financial institutions in Albania and the EU. This role helps
clients automate the calculation and reporting of complex regulatory ratios.
Your Mission:
Drive the implementation of Facilization solutions in Risk Management, Finance, Treasury and Compliance. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful project delivery while bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, developers and stakeholders to clarify project scope, functional requirements and business priorities.
- Define tasks, estimate effort, and sequence activities.
- Configure Facilization products for clients.
- Support data mapping, help close data gaps and ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for requirements, solutions, use cases, and proposals.
- Follow up on UAT issues during implementation.
- Act as a domain expert, sharing best practices and answering client questions.
- Provide 2nd Level Support for our software products.
- Prepare Software Requirements Specification (SRS) when customization is needed.
- Continuously learn and apply knowledge of Facilization software, risk, finance, and compliance frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of BASEL Framework (3 Pillars), IFRS9, impairment methodologies, and Stress Testing.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical and functional solutions.
- Results-oriented, critical thinker, able to perform under pressure.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of Transact SQL or equivalent for data analysis..
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial systems implementation, risk management, or related areas.
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
