About the role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Systems Consultant to implement our F-Analytics Product Line for banks and financial institutions in Albania and the EU. This role helps
clients automate the calculation and reporting of complex regulatory ratios.
Your Mission:
Drive the implementation of Facilization solutions in Risk Management, Finance, Treasury and Compliance. Guide clients and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, developers and stakeholders to clarify project scope.
- Define tasks, estimate effort, and sequence activities.
- Configure Facilization products for clients.
- Support data mapping and help close data gaps.
- Follow up on UAT issues during implementation.
- Act as a domain expert, sharing best practices and answering client questions.
- Provide 2nd Level Support for our software products.
- Prepare Software Requirements Specification (SRS) when customization is needed.
- Train and coach colleagues for professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of BASEL Framework (3 Pillars), IFRS9, impairment methodologies, and Stress Testing.
- Results-oriented, critical thinker, able to perform under pressure.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Basic Transact SQL knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in financial systems implementation, risk management, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
